Mission
Our pledge to every patient and their family is simple: we want you to be happy with our entire staff, our facilities and, most importantly, your treatment. Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal at all times. As we celebrate over 30 years in practice, we recognize that our success has always been, and continues to be, the result of this pledge to you. It is a privilege for us to serve you.
Office Hours
- Dr. Mclurg’s Smile Center Team is available by phone or internet to assist you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours
Every other Monday: 7:30am-4pm
Tuesday through Thursday on patient days: 7am-5pm
Fridays: 7am-4pmWhen patients are not scheduled, administration hours are 7:30am-4pm.
Office hours for appointments vary from one location to another. Please see hours for each office under our “maps and Directions “ tab.
Please call ahead for un-expected appointments to insure we have a staff member in the location to assist you.
Appointments
- Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment.
Rescheduling
- Every appointment it vital to the success of your treatment outcome. If you are unable to keep and appointment, please call us as soon as possible to reschedule. We will accommodate you by offering you the first available appointment. Please remember that missed appointments may lengthen your estimated treatment time.
- After missing your second appointment without 24 hours notice in advance , you are subject to being charged an additional fee of $25.00
Late Arrivals
- Since our Doctors and staff make every effort to see our patients on time, we ask that you extend the same courtesy to us.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
House Calls and Email Reminders
- You will receive a recorded message from our “House Calls” program two evenings before your appointment. The message will remind you of your scheduled appointment time. If there is a problem or concern with your appointment or treatment, you will have a chance to leave a message. We listen to the messages upon arrival every morning. If the “House Calls” system is unable to connect (i.e. busy phone circuits, power failure), please refer tor your appointment card to avoid confusion or missed appointments.
- We are proud to utilize T.Link system in our practice! Through our website, patients have 24/7 secure online access to account and appointment information using a unique login and PIN. Some of the many features T. Link has to offer our patients are as follows:
- Access detailed appointment information
- View detailed account balance information, including account balance, payment history, insurance coverage and next payment date and amount
- Receive email appointment confirmations
- Register your unique email from a computer at work or home
- Receive text message appointment reminders on your cell phone
- Make payments online
