How to Maintain the Clarity of Your Clear Braces

The brackets themselves are ceramic but the ligatures (tiny rubber bands), which can be clear or tooth-color can stain. The staining typically occurs when patient eat certain foods, drink wine or smoke. These ligatures are changed out regularly but there are things you can do to reduce staining and maintain your white smile. Avoid eating or drinking the following: red sauces, coffeee, tea and wine.
